Pastor Ray T. Rose was born in Richmond, Virginia to Pastor Lucy Rose. He was tremendously influenced by his mother and many others in his faith and belief in Jesus Christ. He accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at the age of twelve and was ordained as a Minister and preached his trial sermon at the age of thirteen. Rev. Ray strayed from the church over the years but in spite of him, the Lord never left him.
It took the passing of his oldest brother, Melvin, and fervent and effectual prayers unto the living God for Rev. Ray to come full circle, fall on his knees and repent. Rev. Ray has a deep passion and burden for Intercession and is actively involved in the Intercession Ministry. He also heads the Crisis Intervention and Resources Ministry (CIRM). Rev. Ray loves the people of the Most High God and has a great desire to be an available servant at any time God so desires to use Him for the edification of His Kingdom and His people.
Rev Ray loves to write songs, poems, short stories, plays and has recorded most of his dreams since the age of twelve. His favorite saying “Not by might nor by power; but by my Spirit says the Lord.” To God be the Glory!!

Born in1952 in Montgomery, AL, my childhood began in church. I grew up in the traditional church environment and by age 20 I left knowing that there had to be more to this life than what I was hearing. My heart connected with God at an early age and it never gave up the search for who God is and who I am.
This search for truth took me through the study of eastern religions and then into practical Christianity found in a nontraditional Christian ministry. I accepted salvation in Christ Jesus as the only way in my early 30’s.
For over 35 years I have studied scripture, served in leadership and on staff for a mega church for 14 years. During this time, I discovered a great love for worship and praise in music and easily served in this ministry for many years.
Becoming a teacher of the Gospel, especially in large group settings, was not as comfortable and I resisted but God gently led me further out into the waters and I slowly began to accept this part of my identity on earth.
God didn’t just stop there. He led me further out into the waters and I joined When Christians Speak Talk Radio in 2013 as a talk show host. In this capacity my relationship with the Holy Spirit has expanded in unexpected ways increasing the liberty in Christ I now have. What’s next in the journey is a mystery so I take one day at a time with expectations in Christ alone.

Vanester Williams accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior in May 1977. She has been a minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ for over 20 years.
She has been a member of Lifepoint Church in Fredericksburg, Virginia since 2017 and has served on the prayer team. She currently serves as a group leader/coach.
Prior to relocating to Virginia in 2017, she was a member of Outreach Christian Center Church (OCC) in Clinton, Maryland, where she served on the ministerial staff. She was a Sunday School teacher, pulpit and conference speaker, vacation bible school coordinator, and nursing home ministry leader.
She retired from the Federal Government in March 2020, after serving as the Senior Advisor for Administration with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, U.S. Department of Transportation.
She authored her first book in 2021 (The Girl from Chapel Hill: Her Journey of Faith, Forgiveness, and Freedom, Covenant Books Publishing). Her second book, a sequel (subtitled Legacy of a Praying Mama) is scheduled to be published in 2022.
She is passionate about encouraging/mentoring others and teaching them how to strengthen their Christian journey. She and her husband, Rick (her high school sweetheart), have been married for over 46 years. They are the proud parents of two adult children, two grandchildren, and several godchildren. They enjoy each other’s company and happily reside in Fredericksburg, Virginia.

Rev. Gwendolyn N. Dixon was born and raised in Pollocksville, North Carolina, where she became actively involved in the church at an early age. She was involved in administration in high school and college and she has handled all business aspects of church administration, from organizing seminars and anniversary celebrations, to arranging guest speakers. She also acted as liaison for domestic and foreign missions, assisting in preparations of missionary trips to Spain, Costa Rica, Panama, India and Uganda, East Africa.
Rev. Dixon graduated from St. Augustine’s College/University in Raleigh, North Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education. After graduating from college in 1976, Rev. Dixon relocated to the Washington, DC metropolitan area, serving in several churches. Rev. Dixon is faithful in whatever she sets out to do and because of her loyalty and dependability, she was asked to teach the Youth Sunday School class. In 1993, Rev. Dixon was appointed the Director of the Youth Sunday School Department. She hosted several seminars, conferences, and workshops for the youth during the tenure.
Rev. Dixon learned the basics of the Word of God during her enrollment at Jericho Bible College from 1990-1993. She then attended Ministerial Institute in 1994 where she learned how to use reference bibles and other sources of reference material to understand the Word of God. In 1997, Rev. Dixon furthered her education at the World Missions Ministries Bible College and Seminary in Alexandria, Va., graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Ministry as well as an Ordained Minister on August 3, 2003.
Rev. Dixon has previously served as Lead Youth Teacher, and Director of Singles Ministry.
Rev Dixon currently attends The Believers Sanctuary in White Plains, MD where she serves on the Ministerial Staff, Intercessory Ministry (as Lead Intercessor), and Marriage Ministry. Rev Dixon also teaches Bible Study and occasionally preaches the Word of God in Sunday Morning Service.
In October 2014, Rev. Dixon graduated once again, as an Ordained Minister after voluntarily completing courses in ministry.
Rev. Dixon has been apart of When Christian Speak Talk Ministry since 2015. She is the host for a weekly broadcast called Midday Glory. It is a dial in ministry every Wednesday at 1:00 pm.

Lewis A. McIlwain III (known as Mac) is the visionary and host of ADORATION which is a monthly internet radio program featured on the When Christians Speak Talk Radio Network. He has also branched off to include video content on his own and with his wife Myra through Adoration Sunday Service which is featured on Facebook Live and YouTube. No matter the platform, the listener will have the opportunity to hear interviews featuring missionaries, experience praise & worship and hear the Word of God in messages designed to glorify Christ and uplift those who are in need of a Savior.
"Mac" is also the co-founder and president of Thirst No More Corporation (TNMC) which is a 501(c)3 humanitarian organization created to address the basic needs of our global communities. Through TNMC, communities located in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Haiti, Malawi, Rwanda, Nepal, Guatemala and the United States, particularly the State of Maryland. These needs include providingmeans for communities to receive drinking water, food and clothing, computers for youth education, toys for children in lower income communities, construction of educational and training centers and shoes for needy students.
With all this going on, Mac also shares in his wife Myra's ministry in Guatemala through her organization Watchmen On The Walls Ministry, LTD. Together, they are the proud parents of 5 children and a myriad of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Reverend Elston Green is a teacher with a decree to lead God’s people into living a life of excellence unto God. He is passionate about serving GOD and helping others to understand how to live a life with complete healing and excellence unto God. He was raised in the rural section of Upper Marlboro, Maryland. He began his work in ministry as an active member of Mt. Sinai Baptist Church in Washington, DC under the direction of the late Rev. David Durham. His dedication was unrelenting. As an active member, he served in ministries such as young adult choir, usher, youth leader, youth mentor, hospitality, and the first aid team.
Rev. Green is committed to leading in excellence and by example. In 1994, he graduated from Bowie State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. During that time, he also received his commission from the United States Army as a Second Lieutenant. Hearing God’s call into ministry at the tender age of 23, he moved back to the DMV where he became a public school teacher in Washington, DC. While teaching fifth grade, he completed a masters program at Trinity College in which he graduated with honors. As a teacher, he mentored hundreds of students, which honed his skills as a teacher and leader in the Washington, DC community.
Rev. Green is now Pastor of The Believers Sanctuary in Waldor, Maryland.
Reverend Green is a visionary leader with a clarion call to pastor and a mandate to see many who are sick healed. In June 2016, God ordered his steps to partner with Doers of the Word under the leadership of Pastor David Wright where he serves as the associate pastor. As Reverend Green serves and assists pastors in the DMV, God assures him that the call to pastor his own church is forthcoming.
Reverend Green lives in Waldorf, Maryland with his wife, Nicole. They have two children, Jalen and Ellyse. Together, they are determined to impact the world for Christ.

Cleophas Lee Malone Jr., born February 7, 1964, is a native of the District of Columbia, but grew up from an early age in the small town of Jarratt, Va located in Sussex County.
After graduating from Sussex Central High School in 1982, Cleophas decided to serve his country by enlisting in the United States Marine Corp.
Once that journey ended for Cleophas, another one began leading him into a career of retail sales, which has existed for well over 3 decades.
Cleophas is employed by AutoNation, which is one of the largest automobile retailers in the nation. He is currently the General Manager of (2) successful Automobile Dealership Stores located in the Laurel, MD area.
He is also a former bail bond agent, business owner and currently sits on the board of directors as Vice President of Restoration, Inc. a non-profit organization established in 2009, that is focused on helping returning citizens / ex-offenders who are looking to rebuild their lives after incarceration. Pastor, Maggie Wilson was born on December 11, 1966 in Lauren SC to the late Rev Odessa and Willie Roy Tucker.
Pastor, Maggie Wilson attended Public School 73. She also attended Junior High School 57 here in Brooklyn. Pastor Maggie Wilson later graduated in June of 1986 from Martin Luther King Jr. High School.
Pastor, Maggie Wilson attended The College of New Rochelle where she graduated in May 2004 with her Bachelor of Arts majoring in Psychology.
Pastor, Maggie Wilson continued her education and graduated with her master’s degree from Queen's College majoring in Urban Affairs on May 2012. Pastor Maggie Wilson recently graduated with her 2nd masters from Alfred University with her MS.Ed in School Counseling/Mental Health Counseling.
Pastor Maggie Wilson is the proud mother of 3 wonderful children, Durrell, Michael, and Brittany.
Her career began at the Department of Education July 1991 as an Educational Assistant and was later promoted to School Business Manager in 2004 until October of 2011; She continued her career with the Department of Education as Substitute Teacher for 3 years until March of 2015. In March 2015, she began a position as Project Manager of the Bedford Stuyvesant New Beginnings Charter school in Brooklyn.
Pastor Maggie has experience working with children in a school setting for over 20 years as well as providing guidance to parents within the community as a Crisis Clinician, Mobile Therapist, School Counselor and Mentor.
Pastor, Maggie Wilson has a passion for working with individuals who struggle with trauma and emotional and physical pain. Maggie later felt the call to ministry and began studying the gospel of Jesus Christ at Community Bible Institute in 1998.Here is where she met Dr. and Overseer Vernice Robinson and became a member of Parson’s Temple Fellowship Church, where Dr. Robinson is the Senior Pastor. Evangelist Maggie became a member of Calvary UFW Baptist Church in 2001 until 2011. There she served as President of Children's Ministry; she held this position for 3 years. She worked alongside the great Dr. Pastor Mary D Allen on the women's committee, she also served as President of the Singles Ministry and was the facilitator/Coordinator of the Annual Outreach Street festival, designed to reach out to citizens within the communities to provide them with services like, Health Care, food, clothing, housing, and other community related services. Pastor, Maggie Wilson, felt the call of God to move on to furthering her in ministry.
Pastor, Maggie Wilson later got the call to come home where she served under the leadership and spiritual guidance of Apostle Scotto and the late Apostle Cassandra Cameron-White, of the New Vision of Hope Ministries where she was ordained the year of our Lord 2016 as an Elder.
Pastor, Maggie Wilson also served as the President of the Building Fund Committee, Outreach,Preacher, and Teacher of the gospel.
Pastor, Maggie Wilson was later ordained June 2018 under the leadership of Senior Pastors, Overseer Terrence, and Pastor Sandy Roberts at Jesus Outreach Tabernacle.
